WWF Canoe Challenge 2006
Last Sunday (02/07/06), if you were at Taman Tasik Titiwangsa, you would probably saw a herd of ppl canoeing their lives away for a good cause for environmental projects! Yes, it is the annual WWF Canoe Race where this year we have 10 teams from different companies who recognise the importance of a greener planet!
I woke up at 5:30am that morning(my earliest this year), it was my first Canoe Challenge participation (as a volunteer only) and arrived at the site at 6:30am. After distributing the goodies and etc,etc, I joined the rest to cheer for our team! We all went back tired, tanned from the sun but overall had fun. Maybe next year, I should volunteer as a rower instead
